I live in an area that has a very high rate of unemployment and home foreclosures. Many people in the area do not seem to take pride in our community and throw trash on the side of the road. I organized and participated in an effort to clean up some of the streets in our community. I hope others will be inspired to do the same.


We picked up quite a few bags of trash and also separated out the material that can be recycled. Our whole planet should be treated with more care and our resources must be protected.
