In this picture we went to a rally up in Oakland to persuade Governor Jerry Brown to stop Fracking (Hydraulic Fracturing) in California. It took us 8 hours to get there by bus and 8 hours to get back. We were the only young people there because we care about our environment more than anything else. We want a change before its too late. Fracking takes millions of gallons of clean water. Water that can be used for other purposes. The government is putting a limit on water usage but yet they don't want to stop fracking and they never will no matter how much damage it has caused or will cause. Sooner or later California will be under water because fracking is taking place in Bakersfield using miles and miles of land right next to the San Andreas fault making it worse because they are making more and more holes tearing the ground apart.
