Last names are not provided on this website for any volunteers who are under 18 years old. This is for their protection. Regardless of age, no personal information (name/address or email) is ever given to any other organization or distributed in any way. Information collected from users who contact the Nicodemus Wilderness Project is used solely for informational purposes. No lists of contact information or emails are distributed. All personal information is stored securely in a private directory on our server and regularly downloaded (and deleted from server) to computers in the offices of NWP, which are protected by a monitored security system. Any personal information collected (because of signing up for our eNewsletter or donating) can be reviewed or corrected by contacting us via mail or email.

For site management, information is collected for statistical purposes. Statistics are used for such purposes as assessing what information is of most or least interest, determining technical design specifications, and identifying system performance or problem areas.
