MAKING A DIFFERENCE

I will be talking about where I went to pick up trash. Also how I feel about people that litter. The things that people do to our environment are horrible to the ozone layer.

I went to a lake next to our neighborhood. It was disgusting what people do to our environment. You wouldn’t believe what I found. I found cups, bags, chips, Styrofoam, two tennis balls (my dog liked that), and a lot of Sonic cups. I guess that a lot of people like Sonic. I picked up several bags of trash and a few pieces of metal.

I think it is wrong that people poison our environment by littering. It kills wildlife and our environment. I think that the city council should have a huge volunteer project, to pick up trash around lakes, forests, rivers, and beaches. Everyone can help in their own way. From toddlers to adults, every one can help.
