Why can't we just pick up garbage without getting paid in mind?

Sure you don't want to waste your time working hard knowing your not getting pay for the amount of energy you waste but doing something positive for free won't kill you. I had my mind set on going into the mall but the way people walked across the garbage was awful. I helped the janitor at the mall clean the yard. I did it because I live in The Bahamas. I don't want the tourist to have a terrible experience. The sweat dripped from my head and burned my eyes. It was very hot but that did not stop me . I did it with a good hear, I want to keep The Bahamas clean, green and pristine. I want to do what I know will result in such great rewards.
Litter shouldn't be dropped all over the place, especially by the adults who know better. The Bahamas is our country, we all should keep it clean!
