The students, teachers and administration noticed that there was a lot of dirtiness inside and outside our school: Agadir’s School Unit of the Popular Bank Foundation for Education and Culture. (Unité scolaire d’Agadir de la fondation banque populaire pour l’éducation et la culture). We then decided to organize a small awareness campaign to make our school clean. Every teacher gave instructions to their students to bring gloves, hats and white t-shirts. The day of the campaign: Friday, April 20th 2007, we were gathered in the school’s playground and we divided tasks and places. Every group had a place to clean, and thus started working.
We collected a lot of waste that we sorted. There was: paper, plastic, glass, remains of vegetables and fruits, and other garbage.
Errajraji (12 years old), Geghloul (12 years old),
Agnaou (12 years old), and Lmoussaoui (12 years old).
