I, along with the 50+ members of my school's National Honors Society, worked to make our school cleaner on what we call Campus Clean-Ups. A few Saturdays throughout the school year we would take a few hours to clean up any trash on campus. Most of our campus consists of outdoor courtyards, so bugs, leaves and trash are easily left. On the Saturdays, we pick up leaves, left over trash, and make the campus spotless. We recently started refurbishing the various gardens around campus. We replanted trees, flowers, bushes, and laid down new mulch.
